I
graduated from the University of San Diego with a major in psychology.
Not knowing exactly what I wanted to do with my degree, I worked for
years using my minor, accounting. I finally realized that I did not
enjoy numbers as much as I enjoyed people. So I stayed home to raise my
toddler, and eventually his little brother, for three years. About the
time I decided I wanted to go back to work, I started seeing a
hypnotherapist to change my eating habits. I was going through a carton
and a half of ice cream a week. I had mentioned to my hypnotherapist
that I wanted to go back to work and perhaps start my own business.
Knowing I had a degree in psychology, she suggested I learn hypnosis
and become a hypnotherapist. I read everything I could Google, did all
kinds of research and realized it was perfect! I could use my degree,
help people and still be there for my children. I enrolled in a
training program, became absolutely fascinated by all the different
ways I could help people. I then went on to get additional training and
certifications for HypnoBirthing®, HypnoFertility®, and Infant Massage.
I still use hypnosis almost daily in my life. There are too many
reasons to list here but the most notable being clearing up
endometriosis, removing some blocks in my life, changing a couple of
habits, not to mention I sleep like a baby when I listen to a CD at
night.
I know firsthand how hypnosis can change your life and I would love
to help you change yours. Please call me and set up your free,
no-obligation consultation and let’s get to work.
By the way – I no longer eat a huge bowl of ice cream every single night. In fact, most nights it does not even occur to me!
